October's Promo's!

1. Golf Fitness Bootcamp- M/W at 7am and T/TH at 5:30 pm.
Benefits-

2. New Bootcamp! FIT360 short. intense. 3D
Every M/W at noon for 45 mins. Come in an SWEAT! A great way to quickly get in a functional workout that will make you better at anything you do! Get ready for ski season or loose weight!
Cost- $30per class or $199 for 8 sessions, save $40!

3. Golf Fitness Lecture Series-
Starting Tuesday, October 7th at 6:30pm (maybe 4pm also depending on number of participants), and every other tuesday for six weeks, I will be teaching a "Golf Swing Fault" Series which provides an explanation for "why" you have the swing faults you do, and a few stretches and exercises to help get rid of them once and foreall!
Cost- $20 per class or $100 for all six- save $20 bucks!
